Requirements:
PhD or equivalent (for Research Fellow) and Degree or equivalent (for Research Associate) in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or related fields
Knowledge and experience in signal and image processing
Experience in writing grant proposals would be advantageous
Ability to work both independently and as a team in an exciting research and teaching environment
Strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities:
The Research Fellow/Associate will be expected to work under the joint direction of Interactive Media Institute (IMI) and LKCSoM and has close working relationships with doctors and experts in interactive media.
Initially, you will be based at Nanyang Technological University in the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine offices. You may be relocated with the office to a new medical School facility on the Novena Campus adjacent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital in early 2013. A willingness to work on either site is an essential pre-requisite for this appointment.
