• Our client, an established University in the UAE, has an immediate requirement for an Academic Dean to join their establishment.
• The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a minimum of 10 years experience in the Education Field and should hold the rank of Professor.
• Design, development, delivery and assessment of undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Budget development, management and policy formulation.
• Exploring possible partnerships and affiliations, locally and internationally.
• Maintain and grow the school’s portfolio of programs.
• Promote and encourage innovative teaching and learning.
• Manage faculty recruitment, development and performance assessment.
• Monitor overall learner performance.
